Go to the shopping cart as you would if you were placing an on-line order. When you complete your product selections, proceed to the check-out step. There you will find a method of payment called "PRINT AND CALL". Select that and complete the order process. You then have 2 choices; you can print the invoice and send to us along with check payment, OR you can call to give us your credit card info. Nothing will happen to your order until you do one of those things.
